Muay Thai Padwork

The Muay Thai conditioning class focuses on developing a well conditioned body. Training methods might include:

  • Skipping,
  • Push-ups,
  • crunches and;
  • Pad work

Pad work is the biggest focus of the conditioning class- you’ll get a great work out from smashing the pads and improve your technique at the same time.
